Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Milkman Milk (reconstituted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

For the Streusel Topping:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, Milkman Milk, eggs, and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients until just moistened. Fold in raspberries.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan.
  5. For the topping, combine sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
